I’m Katelyn Sinclair, founder of North Shore Conveyancing. North Shore Conveyancing was born out of my desire to bring heart back into the settlement process.
With over 10 years’ experience and a genuine passion for guiding people through life’s biggest property moments, I saw a real opportunity for a more personal, thoughtful approach. After stepping away from day-to-day conveyancing to help other agencies refine their digital strategy, I realised just how much technology has changed consumer expectations.
